The Kramer Wire Splint is designed to immobilise the injured body part and protects it from further injury. It aids in the reduction of pain, discomfort and swelling by limiting the movement of the injured limb. The Kramer Wire Splint is an extremely pliable multi-purpose splint and is built from a thin core of aluminium wire mesh, sandwiched between two layers of closed cell foam and enclosed in a PVC material that makes it long-lasting.
